The Booking: Complete an application to work with us by providing a few basic details, and making payment for your intensive.
The Onboarding: Once we receive your payment, we'll email our onboarding edit which includes a branding questionnaire and link to book your strategy call (you'll need to have this done at least one week before your intensives start date).
The Content Submission: Using our templates and resources, you'll submit all of your website content no later than one week prior to your intensives start date.
The Intensive:
Monday: Your web design intensive begins. You'll receive an email first thing outlining what to expect for the coming week + a link to purchase your website plan, and connect your accounts. Later that afternoon you can expect your colour palette, font pairings, and logo for you to provide feedback and request any changes.
Tuesday: We design and develop your website across Tuesday and Wednesday.
Wednesday: By late afternoon you'll receive a link to your completed site where you can provide feedback directly on page + request any small changes you'd like to make.
Thursday: We make any edits you have requested, and complete the back end set up of your website.
Friday: Your SEO is completed and your site is submitted to Google. By late afternoon you'll receive an email confirming launch and you can start popping bottles because your website is now live.
The Aftermath: Post launch we'll send you all the information you'll need to update and maintain your website (or you can purchase a membership to the website maintenance society where we handle it for you). You'll also have 7 days of post launch support to hit us up with questions and requests for technical support.

Dates book fast and limited spaces are available each month for quality purposes so if you've been putting things off, now is the perfect time.
Slots book out fast and we only take on a limited number of clients at any one time to ensure you receive the highest quality service. We recommend securing your date in advance and as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Once you've made payment and your date is secured, we'll provide direction on exactly what content you'll need to provide for what sections of your website (as well as guidance on copy that converts) for a stress free lead up to your intensive's start date.
You know it. If you would like extra pages or sales pages, additional features, or prefer to have your written copy or image sourcing done entirely for you please enquire for a quote when making your web design application and we'll let you know what we can do.
We don't currently offer web design services that exclude branding. You deserve the best, and your brand is an integral part of whether or not your website is set up to work to its full potential. Without being involved in that process it's difficult to create a site that feels fully aligned with you or your audience and we don't believe in doing anything by halves.
If you have recently worked with a brand designer and can provide your brand guidelines, please mention it on your application and we'll ask you to send them through for review.
Your one week intensive is a full-service web design experience condensed into an expediated timeline of just 5 business days (yeah, we're pretty fast). Due to the fast-paced nature of the service , payment is required upfront in order to secure your date.
We understand life sometimes throws unexpected surprises so if you need to reschedule you can do so free of charge one time, up to 14 days prior to your intensives start date. Due to the work and preparation that goes in to planning for your intensive we do not offer refunds for cancellations however should exceptional circumstances apply please contact us so we can work together to find a solution.

Available - but you won't need to be glued to your laptop 24/7. The service you are purchasing is time-based, so we need a little help from you to ensure your website is completed by the last day of your intensive. Prior to your web design intensives start date, we'll need to meet with you virtually for approximately 60 minutes to discuss your website strategy. During the intensive it's best you are readily available on email and can respond to design approvals or any questions that come up within 3 business hours.
The pricing for our intensive is a flat fee that covers our time and expertise for the 5 business days we dedicate to designing your website. Third-party costs are covered by you and typically include hosting (you can find Wix Studios current pricing here, and domain fees (available free for your first year with a Wix Studio hosting plan which we will help you purchase). Certain features, such as an increased monthly email allowance for your email marketing may be subject to extra charges and if you'd like to use your selected fonts in places other than your website purchasing a font licence to use the font will likely be required.
Yes! Wix Studio has a built in 'Content Mode' designed specifically for clients to update their own content. It lets you replace your websites images and written text without making any accidental changes to the sites layout or mobile responsiveness. For business tools like Blog, or Bookings, you simply update your postings direct from your websites dashboard.
For updates to your websites functionality or layout you can purchase a membership to The Website Maintenance Society, a 12-month service where we handle layout changes + content updates for you. Alternatively, Wix Studio offers courses where you can learn the basics of responsive web design.
